How to Order

Ordering is easy to do via our shop. Alternately you can contact us or phone the office on (02) 4842 8182 between 9am to 5pm Monday – Friday.

Choose your desired products and create a New Account with us, payment can be made via card in the Paypal gateway or via your Paypal account. Direct deposit option is also available.

Payment Method

  • All Phion products are marketed and sold through Mangiri Pty Ltd.
  • All orders must be paid for prior to shipping.

Pricing and Taxes

  • All prices quoted on the Order Form and Phi’on website are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.
  • A payment processing fee applies to credit & debit card (VISA & MasterCard) & PayPal payments, plus applicable GST.
  • GST is applied to all orders within Australia on taxable items excluding freight (where GST has been included). GST cannot be waived. All products are sold as processed organic or natural nutrients.
  • International orders need to be discussed with the office by phoning 61 2 4842 8182. Some countries will not permit postage of our products overseas.


  • Mangiri Pty Ltd has an account with StarTrack Express and can access other couriers including Australia Post for large orders not advertised on our website. Freight through these couriers will be arranged unless a client requires shipping through another courier. Where other couriers are used, Mangiri Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for loss or damage once goods leave the product warehouse.
  • Freight calculation is based on weight, volume and destination. Mangiri Pty Ltd can provide freight quotes before processing payment if requested at the time the order is placed.

    Express Post cut-off
    All orders for Express Post need to be received by the Office by 12pm. Staff will endeavour to process your order on the day but on occasion we will not be able to express post your parcel until the following day. Staff will advise.

    Regular post
    Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your parcel to arrive via Australia Post.

Returns and Replacements

  • Any discrepancies or product issues must be reported to Mangiri Pty Ltd within 3 days of receipt of order. If a return or refund is necessary, this must fall within 14 days of the invoice date. Please read product application notes carefully.
  • Where it is necessary for clients to return products, these products will be accepted by Mangiri Pty Ltd if they are faulty or damaged and where it can be demonstrated that Mangiri Pty Ltd is at fault. Where fault is accepted by Mangiri Pty Ltd a full refund of the product and freight costs for the return of the product will be given. While we endeavour to take the best care in sending your products we can not guarantee that products will not be damaged or lost by couriers in transit, thus its suggested that if you are placing a large order we will put signature on delivery on items.
  • If an error has been made by Mangiri Pty Ltd with regards to a written order, either invoicing or packing, the Company will pay for any adjustment and return shipment costs, as appropriate. If the customer requires urgent re-despatch, it will be necessary to pay for the products at the time the re-order is lodged, which will then be credited/refunded when the returned goods are received.

Product Sample Policy

  • Products can be sampled at Phions workshops only.
  • Product samples are not available for dispatch.

Product Liability

  • No responsibility is accepted by Mangiri Pty Ltd where Phi’on products are used for applications not specified in the product application notes, products are stored incorrectly or mixed with other products not sold by Mangiri Pty Ltd.
  • Products sold by Mangiri Pty Ltd should only be used for the purpose and manner for which is specified in the product application notes.


  • Mangiri Pty Ltd provides no warranty as to the performance or implied effects of its products. Furthermore, Mangiri Pty Ltd does not warrant results obtained or losses made through circumstances out of its control.
  • The liability of Mangiri Pty Ltd is limited to the value of the products only, and where it is demonstrated that the Phi’on product is defective and is refunded as defective.
  • Clients should strictly follow instructions or directions given on product application notes and read the disclaimer statement on the Phi’on website for Mangiri Pty Ltd.
  • Mangiri Pty Ltd does not take responsibility for any adverse outcomes resulting from the use of Phi’on products that are reliant upon information that is specified for educational purposes only on the Phi’on website and in the application notes.
